Company Background

Bill Fryberger founded Engineering Equipment Sales, Inc. in 1988. He received a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from Widener University. Bill started his career with York International Engineering Training Program specializing in Refrigeration. In over forty years, he worked directly for Bohn Gulf & Western, Grasso, and Frick in various Engineering and Sales manager positions. Bill’s asset to EES is working on creative solutions for special accounts and projects. Bill also volunteers his time on the Board of Advisors at Widener University School of Engineering.

Territories Covered

EES serves the mid-Atlantic region and beyond covering parts of New York (NYC, including Long Island), New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, Washington, DC West Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

Women-Owned Business

In 2020, Nicole Elia took over the company operations and now oversees a dynamic sales team with over 100+ years of combined industry experience in refrigeration and air conditioning. The team serves the process, medical and food and beverage markets by training and supporting our Wholesalers, Contractors, OEM and Consulting Engineers.

Company Background

Bill Fryberger founded Engineering Equipment Sales, Inc. in 1988. Bill is a Graduate of Temple and Widener University with a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering. Currently serves on the Board of Advisors at Widener University School of Engineering. His career of over 40 years started with York International Engineering Training Program specializing in Refrigeration. Over the years Bill has worked directly for Bohn Golf & Western , Danville, IL, Grasso Evansville, IL and Frick Company Waynesboro, PA in various Engineering and Sales Managers positions.
